A Photo Book Can Be The Best Present!

It will come as no surprise that I like to take photographs. This is something which my family and friends always moan about at the time but which I remind them all they are all very pleased with afterwards. I love to create memories and look back on the children growing, special celebratory moments and holidays and for special occasions I always like to compile photo memory books. It’s rare to actually print them out I find since digital photography, yet to have something to hold and have physically is very special. A photo memory book is the best way to do this.

For Florence’s thirteenth birthday on New Year’s Eve I was the most excited about giving her the photobook I had compiled with pictures of her ever since she was born right up to now. I spent hours choosing the photographs and poured over quite literally hundreds before making my final selection (there isn’t a photobook in the world which could take them all) and then I just adored seeing her face as she opened it up and saw it for the first time. It might not have been the most expensive present, or anything that she had asked for but I know for her it was one of the best gifts too!

It’s easy to create a memory book and yet the results are so superbly wonderful that it’s a sure fire winner for any occasion. I like to make them after holidays, birthdays and other family moments and now I think the birthday photobook for big birthdays is going to become a real family thing for us. It’s a good job I take lots and lots of pictures so that the photo moaners (about being in them) can pour over them and be glad they did smile for Mummy on that day after all!
