I do love an Aldi special buy! I remember when they had wet suits at a snip and they often have strange and curious niche items but one thing’s for sure is that they always fly off the shelves!

Jonny did our weekly shop in Aldi last night and noticed the ‘camping special’ they have on right now! With our upcoming trip to Camp Bestival he was more than tempted by a few items and is going back to get a number of them in the week. I said to him he should have bought them there and then though because once they’re gone they’re gone! I’m just hoping the inflatable pillows are still around when he goes back! At £2.99 they’re a mega bargain but then they have a brilliant looking family tent for just £80 so what would you expect!

We were actually sent some of the goodies from their special buys garden event recently and although we don’t have a proper garden ourselves my Mum has prettied up hers with these awesome garden stakes! My Mum has a huge garden with lots of different places to sit and she has lined one of the walkways with them!

They also had, would you believe, a lawn mower for £34.99, petrol trimmer for £98.99 and even a gorgeous rattan furniture set for £149.99 which might just possibly be the most expensive thing I have ever seen in Aldi but is a good couple of hundred less than I would expect for a set of furniture like that!

I love Aldi, I love their special buys and with prices like they have it means you can get more for less. Believe me, they do not scrimp on quality and I do the majority of my shopping there these days!
