Last year Jonny, the children and I visited the Foodies Festival when it came to London. We had a beautiful day sitting in the sunshine trying new foods, attending work shops and having a glass of bubbly or two! It was a lovely family day out and I remember it as being one of the highlights of last summer!
I was very keen then, to go back this year and delighted that I am going to be doing just that and blogging about it! On top of this I have been offered 3 pairs of tickets to give away in a competition to my readers! Plus a discount code for if you’re not quite lucky enough to win!
Just use this code when purchasing tickets and it’s buy one get one free – what a bargain!
So, if you fancy attending the number one summer food and drink festival at Clapham Common in London, meeting some celebrity chefs, attending some brilliant talks and getting to try some fabulous new foods from lots of exhibitors then this competition is just for you!
All you have to do to be in with a chance of entering is email me at [email protected], put the word ‘Foodies’ in the subject line and give your name and address! This will give you a place in the hat for the draw and then you could be sitting in the sunshine, sampling delicious delights and with a glass of bubbly before you know it!
The prize is for one of three pairs of tickets for the Foodies Festival at Clapham Common in London on June 7th, 8th and 9th. The competition will close at midnight on 31st May 2013 and the winners will be notified the next day and tickets posted out first class.
The Foodies festival really is a great day out for all the family! As well as pop up restaurants, the chef’s theatre and entertainment for the adults there is loads on offer for little ones too! With a children’s cookery theatre and chocolate theatre being just two of the things which have caught my eye and the best news is children under 12 go in for FREE! Last year my little ones weren’t really old enough to enjoy the theatre experiences at the festival but Florence will love it when we go next month as it will be just up her street this time. Despite that she had a wonderful time dancing to the music and basking in the dappled sunlight where we sat for most of the day under a tree watching the world go by and only getting up now and again for a drink or nibble!

I have not been paid to write this post but I have been provided with tickets to attend the festival and three pairs of tickets for competition prizes.
