I’ve talked before about what a wonderful deal I think the Kids AM screenings are at Vue cinemas! We go lots and at £1.75 per person, adult or child, it’s easy to see why!
The films are usually only a month or so after they came out and very rarely do we now ever take Florence to see anything if it’s not on the Kids AM. I’ll admit last week we did go to a special sing-along version of Frozen which was on at normal Vue prices but hey, some films are just really special eh! It wasn’t our first trip to the cinema to see Frozen and when it comes out at Kids AM I’m sure we’ll be going again!
We’ve seen loads though and very often you get a choice of two films or choosing between 3D or 3D (which is a touch more expensive). We also buy the Kids AM popcorn which comes with a drink and is under £3! Bargain!
This weekend we were invited to a special Kids AM screening at a Vue in central London. We got to see the new Barbie movie, Barbie The Pearl Princess and as ever we had a brilliant time!
Florence and her friend Zhane on the way to the screening -dressed up as Princesses of course!
This screening was a bit special and we were treated to a bit of a party beforehand with yummy cake pops by Kimberley Cake Pop and the children were all given fabulous glittery wands and tiaras from Fancy Dress Ball! There was even a grown up Princess doing face painting!
The Barbie themed party was just up our street and we were lucky enough to be able to take some friends! The Kimberly Cake Pops were delicious and so pretty!
We loved the Barbie movie, pink, sparkly and Princessified! What’s not to love? It actually had a rather entertaining story and some fab characters too! The Princess theme to the party was amazing and a brilliant way to start the movie!
We LOVE that Kids AM is affordable enough to go every weekend if we want to! Fantastic! Now all Vue have to do is Mother and Baby screenings at a subsidised price and then they might just have to be called perfect!
