BeWILDerwood Presents Christmas 2025!

BeWILDerwood has opened the marshes for the festive period again, and while it’s a little different in terms of experience, to a regular BeWILDerwood adventure, it’s certainly just as magical as always!
The Boggles and Twiggles who live at BeWILDerwood, and who make up the cast of characters beneath the pages of Tom Blofeld’s stories (TB grew up on this land and wrote the stories before building the park) are very present alongside Christmassy characters and decorations that light a pathway through the woods to the main stage and then out the other side. This makes up a walkway of lights which, guide you along the pathway from the left hand side of the park (not usually open to visitors) and all the way around it.

The play equipment is not open for this part of their season, but instead you can expect beautiful light displays in the tees that surround them, and in the middle of your journey through the twinkling trees, a mini pantomime plays on the stage using the characters we all know and love (or at least if you’ve been to BeWILDerwood before, you will know and love)!

Once you get to the bottom, where Toddlewood usually lives, there are place to stop for food and a hot chocolate (I ALWAYS recommend the bangers at BeWILDerwood – so yummy and brilliantly priced), there is even a chance to see Father Christmas, although not in a grotto setting or with individual meet and greets. He is camped out by the craft tent which has transformed to house him for the inter and just with the other installations, you can stop and wonder at him while he might even have little chat if you catch his eye!

It’s lovely, delightful in fact and well in line with pricing structures for other, similar experiences in the county so it’s a thumbs up form us. We think you can expect to spend a couple of hours in the park and absolutely recommend going later for a darker sky and better view of all the lovely lights in the trees which are complimented by the likes of singing snow men and more.

A lovely Norfolk Christmas to be had at one of our favourite destinations in Norfolk.

We were invited as guests of the park to experience Christmas 2025 and BeWILDerwood.
