Ok, so you may have noticed I love Jools Oliver’s Little Bird range at Mothercare! I like it for all sorts of reasons; the retro vibe, the fact the clothes make children look like children, the floral prints, the value of the items, the detailing, the colours, the fact that they’re so well made and wash well, that lots of the pieces are unisex… But, one really good point is that they have lastability!

I had loads of last year’s range and bought slightly bigger than I needed. They were used all summer and beyond yet still look great this year too and my children are wearing them again because that really IS getting value for your money!

Last year the range included rainbow welly boots which are so popular (easy to see why) that they’re included in this year’s range too! The designs are always so classic and timeless that it doesn’t really matter if they’re from this year or last, they all go together really well!

The rainbow wellies which have been in the range for two years and are still going strong!

This week we’ve been out in our new wellies (for they are new for us this year) wearing clothes from both last and this year’s collection! Yet again everyone we’ve met has complimented us on the outfits, in particular the welly boots and yet again adults have said they wished everything was made in their size too! I’m with them! I want a pair of rainbow wellies for me!

I love them, the children love them and this is why!
