Doc McStuffins and Sophia The First are pretty much all I get asked for on the television at the moment. Florence went to the cinema the other day to see Disney’s ‘Planes’ and came away saying, I don’t understand how it’s Disney? It was for boys! In her mind, Disney is very much of the sparkly girlie variety so Doc McStuffins and Sophia The First fit perfectly in with her ideal! If you’ve not seen them yet then I have to say they’re not as bad as you might think! Yep they’re pretty sparkly and American but they both have absolutely awesome songs that I find myself singing all the time and when Florence wants them on in the car I really don’t mind!
Sophia The First is a favourite of course but I think Doc McStuffins is the one Florence likes best of all. She loves to play Doctors and loves all the stories which inspire her to play similar games with her own toys. Lambie, who is Doc McStuffins teddy, is probably Florence’s favourite character in the show I think. She loves the ‘I’m so lucky to have a Lambie like you’ song (as do I) and has said often ‘I wish I had a Lambie like Doc McStuffins!’ She’s also said she wishes her toys came to life like Doc McStuffins toys which I thought was super sweet!
Well, when asked would I like to review another Doc McStuffins toy the answer was always going to be yes. When i found out it was Lambie related I just knew it was going to be a major hit!
Make Me Better Lambie by Flair is a plush soft and cuddly Lambie just like on the programme who comes with a syringe to make her better when she’s poorly. She also has a light up tummy when you press her hand which can be used as a reassuring night light.
The Make Me Better Lambie!
The night light glows yellow when you need to use it at bed time but when playing ‘Doc McStuffins’ games her tummy will glow red to show when she is in pain and in need of the Doc’s help! The syringe is used to help Lambie and when she is better she will make a soft relief noise as her soft red glow disappears! (It’s very sweet actually!)
Lambie with her night light on the left and ‘hurt patch’ on the right!
Place the syringe on her heart shape patch when she is poorly and she will feel better!
This is just the perfect idea for a toy for Florence right now who is thrilled with the very idea!
I have not been paid to write this post but I was sent the toy mentioned for the purpose of an honest review.
