I saw a little blogging competition which involved creating a ‘healthy superhero’ so I decided to ask Florence if she would like to create one!
Of course being the keen artist that she is she said absolutely and set about drawing up a storm of a superhero!
Now I don’t have the same problem as other parents seem to when it comes to food. I am often cajoling them to eat some of the other thing as well as the veggies and not the other way round – goodness knows where they get that from? Only tonight I heard myself saying ‘you can have some more carrots when you eat a bit of the mac and cheese’ so I think perhaps Florence’s perception of ‘the healthy option’ is a little different to some…
First of all she said her superhero was going to have superpowers to create chips and broccoli so I suggested that chips weren’t altogether healthsome. She decided then to change it a little and came up with… Tim!
Yes, that’s all he’s called. Tim! Oh and he has a girlfriend called Timwur…
The healthy superhero Tim!
When Tim (and Timwur) eat a plate of healthy vegetables (plate pictured) they then have the ability to shoot vegetables to anyone who needs to eat some goodness! Good eh!
This is Timwur after a plate of greens! She has broccoli arms, a potato head and pea toes…
So, they are Florence’s (age 4) healthy superheroes, Tim and Timwur!
This is our entry to the Tots100/Plum Baby Mighty Moments challenge.
Crikey! I like that superpower, Tim obviously must be great fun at parties! :p
Timwur is a great name, I think my sons would have chosen that name if they didn’t name everything after themselves (5 year old) or name everything Star Wars (4 year old) 😀
