Oceana Watercolour Toms - A Family Of Toms For Summer

I’d heard of TOMS before but it wasn’t until they were mentioned in the Netflix series Orange Is The New Black that I realised what an ethical company they are. As OITNB character Piper is given her prison wear she decides her regulation shoes look a little like TOMS and explains to the guard how TOMS gift a pair of shoes to someone in need every time a purchase is made. I’d had no idea until I heard it on the show but how good is that!

I love good ethics and I love great shoes so what’s not to like?!

Recently we were invited to the launch party for the new Oceana range of TOMS and we came away with a family of Toms and our feet all ready for the summer. The Oceana range sees sale profit shares directed at helping to keep the ocean healthy. TOMS is excited to partner with Oceana to thank our mighty sea friends for their ecological importance with this special new collection and we think they’re pretty gorgeous as well! Such lovely sea reflecting colours make them really eye catching!

The party was lots of fun and we got to browse the whole TOMS collection at Selfridges while the children were entertained by Sharky and George. I didn’t actually realise how many didfferent styles of TOMS there are or how diverse the colours and patterns are. From the most sparkly to the terribly understated, there’s a pair of TOMS for everyone – even the tiniest of babies!

TOMS very kindly gave us all a pair of TOMS to wear this summer and the children and I will be donning Oceana TOMS this summer while Jonny’s gonna rock the new Olive classics! Florence is very excited that she matches with me! Look out for us stepping out in Oceana on Instagram this season!
