Spring For Summer With Mothercare's Little Bird - Day 4!

I started this mini fashion week project on my blog on Monday and today we have reached Day 4 of the week! The project is to show you some pieces from the Little Bird range at Mothercare in a capsule wardrobe style. I have 6 outfits, three for a girl and three for a boy with many of the items being unisex.

I have styled each day for a different occasion but the running theme for all the clothes is, in my opinion, ‘timeless’. I suppose this is because the clothes are retro but they are also fashionable!

Today’s outfit is for Florence and would probably be more suited to a warm summer’s day than the cold spring morning I used for the photos. The light jacket would be an excellent choice to keep an evening nip at bay and the shoes, which Jimmy has in blue, are great for summery temperatures while still being smart. Florence had these same shoes last year and wore them almost daily! My favourite feature from today’s outfit which is called ‘Summer Buzzing’ is the applique on the T-Shirt!
