Florence has been staying with my Dad for a couple of days and Jimmy has been very sad about missing her. Every so often he has asked ‘Where’s Florence?’ and when I tell him he lets out a big sigh with an ‘Awwwww’ and looks down to the ground.
He was feeling a bit under the weather this week which probably didn’t help and I really wanted to cheer him up. I took him to the park yesterday afternoon, just him and me and then I gave him a new little toy to play with which he is very keen on!
A Matt Hatter Super Villain by Simba.
He’s never actually seen Matt Hatter, which is a popular CITV series but now that he is familiar with the toy, I’m sure we’ll all be tuning in when it returns to our screens this September with a brand new series.
The all new Matt Hatter Chronicles toy range – Super Villain action figures, will hit stores next month! Jimmy was sent Captain Lightening who comes with a life cell which is compatible with other toys in the range including the Cell Blaster and Chronicles Villain Vault. All the Super Villains come with one of these and Jimmy chose to use his as a shield! It has a hologram on the front which he thought was super fun!
He couldn’t wait to get Captain Lightning out of his box!
Captain Lightning!
Hologram Cell Blaser!
Captain Lightning has a posable head, arms and legs and is just up Jimmy’s street. I’m sure he would love to start collecting them all and that’s without even knowing the show! The action figures include some of Matt’s most fearsome Super Villains from the TV show, including Minotaur, Mummy, Redbeard, Prowler, Captain Lightning and Doc Fossil.

We were sent the Captain Lightning Super Villain for the purpose of an honest review.
