Congratulations KP!

A good friend isn’t necessarily someone you see all the time. A good friend is someone you love, who loves you too and who you know you could rely on any time you needed. A good friend is someone you can giggle with, cry on the shoulder of and someone who never judges you. A good friend is also someone who turns up to the important events in your life; your wedding, your baby showers. Even if they have to […]

What Florence Said…

Posted in Uncategorized

My sister-in-law Tory wrote a piece on her blog about my nephew and entitled it What Arthur Said…  I thought it was very funny so decided to copy her and tell you about one of Florence’s funnies. Children really do say the funniest things and Florence comes out with some corkers. Some of them sweet and some of them hilarious but one this week was a mixture of everything. I should have really been a bit cross but I just couldn’t […]

Yes, I Cut Off The Tags!!!! – A ‘Tatty Teddy’ Guest Post From My Pal Olivia!

Posted in Uncategorized

I’ve been writing lots lately about a certain bear with a blue nose and his friends. Florence is smitten with the collection and at an event recently fell in love with the dress up version which I wrote about recently. I know that Tatty Teddy and his Blue Nose Friends are collectors items and I remembered that a good friend of mine is one of those said collectors! She very kindly agreed to write a guest post for me about why she […]

My Marvellous Mecca – A Guest Post From My Mama!

Posted in Uncategorized

I am going to be taking on a challenge set by the supermarket Aldi to spend the week using only their products. From food to nappies we shall be seeing if we can last the week without anything from anywhere else and I’m very excited for my delivery tomorrow so that we can get started; I love a challenge! There was a time I wouldn’t have called Aldi a supermarket on the basis that when it first opened near where […]

How To Host A Duvet Day – #SaveSummer!

Posted in Uncategorized

It’s summer holidays time and that only means one thing! Bring on the fun! With six whole weeks at home, it is up to us as parents to build entertainment for our little ones! Days out and entertaining children can be super expensive though so as well as the odd trip out to a theme park for a treat we need to do some brilliant things at home too! We’re taking part in the Asda #SaveSummer challenge! This means that every week […]

Donkey Does The Sunshine!

Posted in Uncategorized

The children and I have been enjoying all this lovely sunshine that Britain has been having. It’s been like being abroad but without having to travel anywhere. Most unusual for this country but hey, we’re going with it, it’s great!  We’ve not been entirely geared up for it though I have to say and a lack of air conditioning in the house has made for fretful nights sleep as well as worrying about being out and about exposed to the […]

Smurfs 2 and Smurf play!

Posted in Uncategorized

We went to see the new Smurfs film, Smurfs 2 and thought it was absolutely brilliant! We haven’t even seen Smurfs 1 but we still really enjoyed it and the story line was so lovely! I really appreciated the adult humor which would have gone completely over the children’s heads and found it a really good watch just for myself. We laughed out loud lots which I wasn’t expecting. I thought the children would enjoy it of course but I […]

Sassy Baby – Fishing Boat

Posted in Uncategorized

I’ve saved the best till last when it comes to the sassy bath toys we’ve been reviewing. We’ve done quite a few over the past few weeks and hand on heart they’ve all been really lovely in different ways but this last toy has to be my own personal favourite and the children think it’s pretty good too! The Fishing Boat is made up of three pieces to the boat: the bottom which can be used as a scoop, the […]

Sassy Baby – Pull And Go Boat!

Posted in Uncategorized

We’ve been playing with more Sassy bath toys and this one is really lovely I have to say! The Pull and Go Boat is lots of fun, easy to use and has a rather cute character to drive it! There are two to choose from and we have the little penguin who is very sweet. Its a very dinky little boat which is perfect for tiny hands and the cord, which is quite short, is easy and loose to pull […]
