I’ve never actually cooked a Christmas dinner on account of the fact that our family all live in Norfolk so we go home to visit them for the festivities. Obviously, being at my parental home means that my Mum does all the cooking! She gets up at the crack of dawn and works all day but it’s worth it as It’s always amazing. Boy she has to be organised though, it’s like a military operation I tell you!

Next year we will have moved back to Norfolk ourselves and for the first time ever I will be able to invite my Mum to have Christmas at ours as we will have a big enough pad to host it from. I’m looking forward to it but I will DEFINITELY need to be super organised and have everything written down for when I’m supposed to be doing what and how. I LOVE this step by step cooking guide by AO.com and will ABSOLUTELY  be referring back to it when the time comes. So, for all you lucky lot about to cook the festive feast you can feast your peepers on this for a spot of back up first and I, for one last year at least, will be sitting back and relaxing – I’ll join you in the kitchen next time, promise!
