Rescue Emergency Set From Brio – Review!

This entry was posted in Uncategorized.

I’ve waxed lyrical on the blog about how much we love Brio. Jimmy gets more and more into the building and creating a story and it continued to eb a massively impressive toy for all of us. I could talk about how long lasting the quality is (I still have a set at my Mum’s for the children top play with which was mine when I was small’ and I could tell you that it really is lovely to watch children play with wooden toys (it REALLY is) but… What I want to show you today, with the latest set that Jimmy was sent to review, is how it can really get the imagination going with ‘small world play’.

It’s a delight listening to my children play make belive, creating situations and acting them out so… I challenegd Jimmy, with his new Rescue Emergency Set (£79.99 and a great buy) to tell you a story that he likes playing… And this is what we did (with a little help from one of Florence’s ‘Kitty In My Pockets’!

Story by Jimmy – Ag 4.

And this is what Brio is brilliant for – creating! Not just the building, which Jimmy IS usually inerested in but the making up stories which he isn’t. One thing inspires him to do something else and we think that’s FAB, just as fab as Jimmy thinks the flashing and sounding siren is on the fire truck! Brio always makes a great Christmas present and it lasts for generations so is never a bad investment! If your little one loves fire engines, trains and building as much as mine then this is a great set. Let their imaginations soar!

We were sent the Brio set in the story for the purpose of an honest review.
