We are just over half way through the summer holidays and with three weeks left exactly for us before the kids go back to school I’m reflecting on the fun we’ve had so far!

I like to pack it in, keep them busy and whip up as much excitement as I can. Call me crazy at nearly 8 months pregnant perhaps but I just adore our time together and want to make it count!

we’ve been all over, camping to Camp Bestival, day trips here there and everywhere, spending much time in Cromer (our favourite) and now we are on holiday with my Dad and his family in Cornwall. It’s lovely, we’ve never been to Cornwall before but goodness me we want to come back!

It’s a bit like a scene from Made In Chelsea in a way – everyone where we are staying seems to be mega posh (and loaded) so we are a little bit adrift and out of our comfort zone (£20 for a very mediocre supper last night and £10 just for a few pieces of pasta for the kids didn’t impress me much) and the people are amazing to watch. So there’s a few celebs here too. So far spotted in our party has been Helena Bonham Carter, Jo Wiley and none other than David Lily Liver Cameron…

We are in Polzeath which has the most glorious beach and reminds me of when you see places like Nantucket in the US on T.V. It doesn’t even look like England to me the landscape is so dramatic. It’s gorgeous and a fabulous place to be!

So the fun hasn’t ended, we have more camping with friends and fun planned for the next 3 weeks and I’m enjoying my last few with just two babies before the circus of three… The only thing which would make it slightly more fun would be if the sun would flipping put his bloody hat on! We had gale force winds, torrential rain and cold at Camp Bestival – we don’t want any more of that thank you very much!
