Dearest Posie, You Are Two Years Old!

Dearest Posie Pops,

Ypu are two years old! Two years old in the blink of an eye. Our gorgeous, bright, fabulous baby! You rule this roost, everyone dances to your tune and most importantly, everyone loves you truly, madly, deeply! You are our roots, our bones, our everything and your big sister and brothers adore you, as do we!

Posie, you are a magnificent two year old with wit, charm and beauty both inside and out. I can see who you are, as I have always been able to with all of you, right from when you were born. And I just know you will be loyal, fierce, strong and clever. You will work hard because that’s who you are right now, at just two!

You are always so determined to do the next thing and boy, you make it happen! Your favourite song is “Naughty” from Matilda which you sing along to in the car, you love Gymboree and Baby Ballet (especially the hand stamps at the end), pasta, cake, papoose (apples AND Oranges this covers), toasted bagel and cheese! You adore CoCo Melon on television and love to snuggle Raffie while you watch together. You also love to be with Florence who does your hair in what you call knots (bunches) and puts glitter on your face. But, as has always been the case, you are always seeking your Jimmy. You sneek off to be with him whenever you can and when he picks you up you laugh great big giggles. It’s actually quite hard to make you laugh, you’re a tough audience but Jim has the magic touch!

You have made up your own language and now we all speak Posie. You can smell chocolate at a hundred paces. You jump off everything. You’re great at catch. You like playing with your babies and your kitchen and your broom!

You sleep next to me, curled up like a newborn, still feeding away all night long and I wouldn’t have it any other way! You’re utterly brilliant Posie Popple Chops!

We love you, we love you, we love you, can you tell?! You make us all SO happy! Happy birthday baby girl!

Croissant breakfasts, Baby Ballet with cakes to share with class, busting Raffie out of school to join us at Roarr!, a dino trail, a wander in the city, a party at home with family and friends and another with our little pals after a mesy play play date – ALL the birthday fun!
