We were asked by Mothercare and ELC if we fancied doing some exploring for them and because we said yes they sent us a pack with all the things we would need for a proper day of being adventurers!
We had an explorer kit for Florence, a pair of binoculars for Jimmy, some walkie talkies and they were even spent special clothes to go exploring in! It was an extra surprise for when we arrived at the beach for our fun day to find we had something new to wear!
Florence got stuck into the explorer’s kit which is very reasonable at £15 and comes in a handy bag which Velcro straps across you so it is easy to carry!
It was very exciting to have new clothes too! Florence’s Khaki Shorts which have a lovely belt are £10-£11 depending on size and her pretty T shirt with pretty flowers and butterflies is just £6-£7 and absolutely lovely material to feel! Jimmy was thrilled to bits with his tiger face T Shirt too! Again this one is £6-£7. All clothes are from Mothercare’s own range.
We had loads of fun on the beach, found lots of things to look at and places to explore and the kits were perfect to give us ideas for play! Take a look at how much fun we had!

We think the explorer kit especially, is excellent value for money as the children really enjoyed playing with it and the clothes, as always, are great value! On top of that they look fab, have loads of detailing and wash superbly! Lovely! Oh and Jimmy LOVES looking for birds now, he’s quite the twitcher!
