New Playmobil Dinos Range!
It’s hard not to love playmobil, it’s one of those toys which will last a family forever and gets passed down through generations – so lovely are they that they could never just be discarded or unwanted. Jimmy at 8 is still very much into his pirates which he has had since he was about Raffie’s age and now, of course Raffie at 2 and a half is very interested too. Jimmy is very good at sharing his toys but and he has had some of Jimmy’s old hand me down 1.2.3 range as they are for younger children and has had a few smaller sets of that of his own but he’s gonna be really green when he sees the new sets that Jimmy is getting to play with – we were asked if we’d like to review the new Dinos range and it had to be an emphatic YES PLEASE!
We were sent the Dinos Hidden Temple – £50 at Argos, the Dinos Enemy Quad with Triceratops – £33 at Argos and the Motorcross with Raptor – £9.00 at Argos – these products are exclusive to Argos!
We thought we’d let Jimmy help put them together as he is really good at that (I hate it – isn’t it the worst part and the stickers – sorry Playmobil but my only criticism is that I’d rather pay a bit more and have the stickers at least put on in the factory – I always ruin them) and enjoys it. The build is something parents need to remember about for Christmas morning – my advice is take it out the box and build it before hand, it will save loads of hassle unless you have an older capable builder like Jimmy!
And of course Jimmy then got first play on these new sets as a well done for the build and a make up for all the sharing he’s been doing with his Playmobil Pirates this summer and the verdict is good. VERY GOOD! He really likes them of course, he loves Playmobil but these sets in particular are great for his imagination and the types of things he likes to play. Guns, swords and dinosaurs – maybe not for every child but for Jimmy a mechanical shooter or three, especially with ones which light up (there’s also a torch which lights up the plants) and these were right up his street!
Lots of imagination and small world play, lots of fun and another great addition to Jimmy’s collection!
He absolutely loves them and says they will all make fab Christmas presents!
We were gifted these Playmobil products as part of a collaboration.
