Your Guide To Invisalign In London At Bishopsgate Dental Care
Gone are the days when little aesthetic “tweakments”, or achieveing a perfect set of teeth, were left to the Hollywood glitterati and rich Americans! Both are now entirely possible, and affordable, for the masses, and you know what?! Why shouldn’t they be?!
It’s long been a running joke that the British have “bad teeth” while in the US, they have instead ploughed lots into orthodontics, ensuring that generations of people haven’t had to, like we have, just “live with” the crooked teeth they were born with. It seems bonkers that it’s taken us this long to catch up but we are finally and I for one am here for it. I’ve long had issues with my teeth in that I grind them and though I have relatively straight teeth at the top, I’ve always been super self-conscious about my bottom set of higgledy piggledy ones. I asked my dentist when I was about 12 if I could have a brace and he laughed at me. I feel it would be different today, as we have taken lead from more forward-thinking nations when it comes to tooth care, but what about for those of us who still don’t want to just put up with what we’ve got? A common misconception is that there’s nothing we can do about it, but… I’m learning more and more that we can!
Invisalign is the key and I’ve now had a few friends who’ve been through the process coming out with straighter, and not only that but whiter, teeth. Is it expensive? Well… While it’s not NHS prices, it’s definitely a lot more affordable than you might think, I’ve been looking into it recently and it very definitely isn’t beyond the realms of possibility!
Now, as many of you who follow me on Instagram will know, I have had a long standing fear of the dentist, exacerbated by a dentist I can only liken to the one from the musical “Little Shop of Horrors”, only, the dentist in the musical at least pretended to be friendly (my previous, private no less, dentist didn’t even say hello to me). I’ve needed root canal treatment (that pesky grinding again) and all sorts this year and I’d love to put a full stop to my teeth woes by having Invisalign with someone I really trust. Thankfully I was afforded a nicer dentist to complete my treatment who has restored some faith in me that I CAN endure dental work, and more than that, I should absolutely forge forward to get my smile how I want it!
Choosing the right dentist is always key, getting a good (or bad so that you can steer clear) recommendation is so important and going to a place you feel comfortable will set you up nicely. Bishopsgate Dental Care comes so highly recommended as an excellent Invisalign provider and being in a place I know so well, right next to Liverpool Street Station, I immediately feel comfortable thinking about making an appointment with them. If you’re looking into getting Invisalign in London, it’s these guys who come up trumps with ALL the feedback! They are an award winning dentist with over a thousand happy patients (worth remembering that MOST people don’t write reviews unless they’re unhappy, these guys get ALL the positivity and that counts in buckets), and with 25 years experience while offering FREE consultations, I really don’t see what there is to lose by just looking into it. Then looking into it a bit more!
I want straighter, whiter teeth. I deserve straighter, whiter teeth. I KNOW this can be achieved and in today’s world, I don’t have to just put up with what I’ve got, simply because a dentist, over three decades ago, told me I had to!
