Nutella Tiffin Cake!

I love Tiffin Cake! It’s quick, easy, requires no real cooking (just a bit of melting) and tastes amazing! Prince William loves it so much I heard he chose to have one at his wedding!

This one is taken from a recipe passed to me by my Step Mum but I have made it my own by adding Nutella into the mix… Hey why not?! It’s hardly slimming so the adding of just a few more calories is a mere drop in the ocean – a totally worth it drop in the ocean though!

Enjoy!

Nutella Tiffin Cake!

Ingredients:

14 Digetive biscuits (broken up)

2 heaped tablespoons of Golden Syrup

2 heaped tablespoons of Nutella

half a pack of butter

1 heaped tablespoon of cocoa powder

1 200g bar of dark chocolate

Sprinkles

Method:

Melt the butter in a pan and mix in the broken biscuits followed by the Golden Syrup, cocoa powder and Nutella.

Grease a medium sized Tupperware box and spoon in the mixture squidging it down so that it is packed in tight.

Melt the chocolate in a glass bowl over boiling water and pour over the top of the biscuit mixture.

Decorate with the sprinkles and pop in the fridge for an hour before turning out and cutting into squares.
