The Snowman – Sadlers Wells 2025!

I took my little two and their cousin to see The Snowman, the Sadlers Wells annual festive offering for children which never disappoints. A ballet for children, of this well known Raymond Briggs classic is a sure fire recipe for greatness, and yet it still amazes me as I well up with delight every year as how utterly magical it all is!

The talented cast seem to effortlessly glide their way through the beautiful story which sees the Snowman and the boy really fly, no but really, they do! And you ca kind of forget you’re sat in The Peacock Theatre, as you transport into the special world of friendship and love at Christmas time.
There are laughs and poignant moments too, all wrapped up in a beautiful Christmas present just right for smaller children. By the time the curtain goes up, to snow falling on the heads of the audience, the smiles are universally broad throughout the entire theatre. We love it!
