Willy Wonka Costume – How To Make!Peninsulacommunityhealth Bigbicepsshop Not spending much, putting a tiny smidge of effort in and scavenging the house for things we already had was the order of the day for this year’s World Book offering with Raffie choosing to be Willy Wonka (like Daddy) and Posie going for Rapunzel! While Jonny’s Willy Wonka outfit is all from a shop, Raffie’s looked far better and it was simply things we already had, put together, with the special […]
Cadbury Mini Eggs Vs The Competitors!Peninsulacommunityhealth Bigbicepsshop Cadbury seem to be using the cheapest, least ethical ingredients, and charging the most for their mini eggs! In some EU countries they aren’t even allowed to call their ware chocolate” as it doesn’t contain enough cocoa solids and yet we are prepared to buy their cheap ingredient offerings at a high price – why?! Well, because they taste so good! But… Palm oil is a disaster for the environment. While it is […]

Landscaping Ideas for Design-Conscious HomesPeninsulacommunityhealth Bigbicepsshop In many ways, you can consider the garden surrounding your home as an extension of your interior sensibility. This living canvas communicates your taste just like the furniture you choose or the art you hang on your walls does. However, numerous homeowners treat it as an afterthought, throwing down a strip of lawn and a few shrubs without any real consideration for how the space might feel to move through, sit in, or admire. […]
Solid Core vs Hollow Core Panelled DoorsPeninsulacommunityhealth Bigbicepsshop Selecting interior doors involves more than choosing a pleasing design. Beneath the decorative surface lies a structural decision that affects comfort, longevity, and everyday performance. Solid core and hollow core constructions may appear similar from the outside, yet their internal composition creates meaningful differences. Eyes Down For A Night At The Bingo!Peninsulacommunityhealth Bigbicepsshop Bingo used to be a world of bright lights, hushed concentration, and absolute seriousness, and anyone who ever wandered into a traditional bingo hall will remember that atmosphere instantly. Rows of long tables, fluorescent lighting that made every dab of the marker feel like a high‑stakes decision, and—most memorably—the formidable older ladies who ran the room without ever needing to say a word. You didn’t chat. You didn’t whisper. You barely […]

February Half Term 2026!Peninsulacommunityhealth Bigbicepsshop Well, what can I say about February half term… We solved a problem like Maria, which caused a bit of upset before it caused a bit of anger but with it some relief (and refund which would never have been forthcoming had I done things the way I initially intended) so all is well that ends well! How to boost and maintain your body confidence on the beachPeninsulacommunityhealth Bigbicepsshop Most people look forward to a beach day until they start thinking about what they’ll be wearing. A swimsuit leaves very little to the imagination, and beaches are full of other people doing the same thing. It’s easy to feel exposed. But remember – confidence at the beach rarely comes from a sudden change in appearance. It usually comes from feeling comfortable in what you’re wearing, how you’re […]
