Merci Maman Personalised Mother Of Pearl Spinning Ring!
Just after Posie was born I worked with boutique jewellery makers Merci Maman, who specialise in personalised jewellery, whereby they sent me the most gorgeous necklace with all of my children’s names on it. You will see on my Instagram stories that I wear it most days, a staple now and though I swim in it, shower while wearing it and rarely take it off for anything (I should take it off for all these things), it still looks as shining and glorious as it did the first day I wore it. It is a real favourite of mine so when they asked if I’d like to work with them again I jumped at the chance!
I’d seen the Merci Maman Personalised Mother of Pearl Spinning Ring (£79) at the Christmas in July festival I attended for some press previews of Christmas gifting and I fell in love with it that day. I just thought it was so special and unusual, the way the mother of pearl disc spins around so that the opposite side can be engraved with a personalisation makes it really unique, so of course, I chose that too photograph and wear before I told you all about it!
I chose 18K Gold Plated but they also make the ring in 925 Sterling Silver, I prefer gold, it’s warmer and far more “now” for me so I always opt for golds, rose golds and warmer hues when choosing jewellery. The mother of pearl setting is smooth and very beautiful and is complimented by the gold (as I am sure it is the silver too) colour. I just love it!
The way it spins is just so beautiful. I couldn’t resist adding the way it works to a reel on Instagram, it’s really quite honestly one of my favourite pieces of jewellery and I am so sure it would be very well received under the Christmas tree this year by anyone lucky enough to be gifted it. You get to choose your type of engraving and have anything you like written underneath, I chose for the children’s initials to be there. I adore this!

A wonderful Christmas gift but actually, just a wonderful gift any time of the year, i shall treasure mine for it really is a treasure!
