Wrap Up Warm With The Tartan Blanket Company!
We are big fans of The Tartan Blanket Company and have been buying from them (and, lucky us, working with them) for a couple of year’s now! I was introduced to the brand via a press show and fell in love with their ethical manufacturing and excellent quality. The wools are so soft, even the recycled ones of which I’ve bought blankets for family to make Christmas picnic gifts extra special. When it comes to the baby blankets, they’re like little clouds, wrapping up tiny toes, with extra special touches like personalised embroidery. Posie has a tiny baby blanket, AND a bigger kids one and honestly, they’re just so beautiful at looking after her delicate skin, keeping it warm and cosy while also being such a beautiful keepsake!
They’ve just released their new scarves for the season and sent us some samples to enjoy as we hit Autumn. Tied in with back to school they’ll be perfect for us this upcoming winter. Heck, if energy prices keep rising exponentially then I might even insist we all wear them in the house – mine actually is SO big it can kind of double as a blanket AND a scarf and Posie’s actually matches her blanket so she can twin-set in hers! I’ve also just bought one of my very best friend’s a scarf from them too for her fortieth birthday. Such a special treat it made the perfect present and she, like us, loves it¬
The scarves come in different sizes for all the family, can be chosen in cashmere or lambs wool and can be standard, oversized or blanket scarves like I have and just like I bought for my friend too. We love ’em!
We are going to be so pleased we have them now this autumnal weather is setting in and what’s even better is that the classic designs will last us forever. The children are especially pleased with their new scarves and Jonny’s finishes off his teacher look perfectly don’t you think? You can expect to see me in mine a LOT over the coming colder seasons and of course Posie will be matching her blanket and scarf as I tuck her up in the buggy for colder school runs!
