Wroxham Barns Pumpkin Festival 2022!

Wroxham Barns Pumpkin Festival 2022!

If you’ve not been to Wroxham Barns over Halloween half term then you don’t know what you’re missing! It’s a fantastic school holiday day out with all the fun of the farm and fairground rides (which are always included in the price of your ticket – all incl, that’s what we like) but with added extras just for the season and this year is set to be bigger and better than ever before with their pumpkin festival running for the whole of half term! Just look at the tempting ghoulish treats on offer for just £14.99 per person (under 2s are £2.50 and DO include a pumpkin – I mean they cost that much in the supermarket)!

Not only this, oh no! This year you can experience the pumpkin festival by night too which is perfect for the slightly older kids like Florence and Jimmy – I’m torn, do I want to go in the day time or the evening? They both just look SO good! There’s also a licensed bar which makes the evening sound a little bit wicked and in keeping with Halloween!

Honestly WB is such a fab day (or night as it goes now) out with the family, it doesn’t break the bank and it covers all aspects of Halloween nicely. Lots of fun, you can dress up (and I will) and there is a pumpkin patch right on hand! LOVE it and can’t wait, will we see you there?!

Edit: I wanted to update you after our visit as Wroxham Barn’s guests this October. It’s absolutely FANTASTIC! We didn’t get it all done in one day as we had a little pumpkin carving catastrophe which resulted in a quick trip to A&E, it was all my fault, but we had a great time until then and WB looked after Raffie SO well… They even said we can go back Sunday to play in the fun park and do the rides which we had to miss. Take a look at the fun we got up to prior to my carelessness and Raffie enduring finger gate!

And this is where we broke for a mino injuries interlude… He hadn’t finished decorating for me to carve, I thought he had, I went in with the knife and he came back for the pumpkin and we made contact.

Luckily no real harm was done and steri strips later his finger is on the mend. The Wroxham Barns trip was to be continued…
